Our Community Pet Food Bank feeds hundreds of animals each month to keep them healthy and with their families. We distribute more than 60,000 pounds of cat and dog food each year to prevent pets from being surrendered to shelters when their owners struggle financially. All pet food recipients must be spayed or neutered, which prevents unwanted litters that would increase pet homelessness. Applicants with unaltered animals are assisted through the UAF Low-Cost Spay / Neuter Certificate Program.

Food is distributed the last Wednesday of each month at the UAF Rescue Ranch in Prescott from 9am to 10am during the summer months of June through September, and 10am to 11am in October through May.
