Spay & Neuter and Vaccine Clinic

In the summer of 2023, United Animal Friends opened the UAF Snip n’ Go™ Clinic to help residents of Yavapai County get affordable, timely appointments for vaccines and the spay and neuter of cats and dogs.  The Snip n’ Go Clinic is open to all income levels. Spay/neuter prices are discounted for those who meet the State of Arizona low-income household guidelines and are issued a Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Certificate.*

What you need to know:

  • The UAF Snip n’ Go Clinic is for Yavapai County Residents only.
  • The Clinic is limited to spay/neuter and vaccine services. Please see your pet’s veterinarian for other services.
  • We are unable to spay/neuter animals with heart murmurs or Brachycephalic dog breeds as they are prone to complications during anesthesia and we do not have the additional equipment or staff to monitor them if complications arise. Brachycephalic dog breeds include any Bulldog, Pug, Boston Terrier, Shih Tzu, Pekinese, Brussels Griffon, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and any other “smoosh face” breeds.
  • The clinic is open by appointment only. Please do not drop in – you will be turned away.
  • Appointments are made online. CLICK HERE to check for availability.  If an appointment is not available, then the clinic date is full, and you will need to check back for future dates.
  • If you are low income, you must upload proof or provide a UAF Spay/Neuter Certificate number when making your appointment.
  • Appointment information must be approved by UAF.
  • Once your appointment is approved, a link to complete your appointment will be emailed to you. The link will include a Surgery Consent Form, payment link, and home care instructions.
